WorkForge Terms of Use
Effective Date: October 11, 2026
Last Updated: October 11, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WorkForge, including its website, applications, software, features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
WorkForge is offered by ConForge AI LLC (“ConForge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Louisiana, United States.
By accessing or using WorkForge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
If you use WorkForge on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. In that case, “you” also refers to that organization.
2. About WorkForge
WorkForge is an AI-powered personal assistant designed to help users manage professional tasks and workflows. Depending on the features available to you, the Service may help organize information, work with connected applications, summarize meetings, identify action items, and support everyday work.
WorkForge may include capabilities such as ForgeClaw for broader task assistance and ForgeMeet for meeting-related assistance. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued over time.
The Service may be offered in preview, beta, experimental, or early-access form. If a feature has additional terms, those terms apply alongside this Agreement.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use WorkForge. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to do so.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Be responsible for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by our own failure to meet applicable legal obligations.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- Use the Service only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
You must not share account access in a way that violates your organization's policies or any applicable access restrictions.
We may restrict, suspend, or require verification of an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or the security of our systems.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use WorkForge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, contractual obligation, or another person's rights.
- Access accounts, systems, data, or connected applications without authorization.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, conduct fraud, or interfere with the security or operation of any system.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits, or security measures.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where applicable law permits this restriction to be overridden.
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.
- Use the Service to develop or benchmark a competing service in a manner that violates applicable law or any separate written agreement.
- Interfere with the availability or integrity of the Service or place unreasonable demands on its infrastructure.
- Submit content that you do not have the right to use or process.
- Use WorkForge to make decisions or take actions that unlawfully discriminate against, harm, or violate the rights of others.
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting access or suspending or terminating accounts.
5. Your Content and Information
You may submit, provide access to, or otherwise make available information through WorkForge, including text, documents, emails, calendar information, meeting content, and other materials (“Your Content”).
You retain whatever rights you have in Your Content.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and legal authority necessary to submit Your Content to WorkForge and to authorize any processing required for the features you choose to use.
You grant ConForge a limited, non-exclusive right to process Your Content solely as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, protect, and support the Service, comply with applicable law, and carry out other purposes described in our Privacy Policy or separately agreed with you.
This permission does not transfer ownership of Your Content to ConForge.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WorkForge complies with confidentiality obligations, workplace policies, data protection requirements, and any restrictions imposed by the owners of information you access.
Do not submit information or connect systems unless you are authorized to do so.
6. Connected Applications and Third-Party Services
WorkForge may allow you to connect third-party applications or services, such as email, calendar, document, communication, or meeting tools.
When you connect a third-party service:
- You authorize WorkForge to access or act on the information and permissions you approve.
- Your use of that service remains subject to its own terms, privacy policy, and access controls.
- You are responsible for reviewing the permissions requested and deciding whether to grant, limit, or revoke them.
- The availability and functionality of the integration may depend on the third-party provider.
- Changes, interruptions, or restrictions imposed by a third party may affect WorkForge functionality.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent operation, content, security practices, or availability.
You can manage or revoke permissions through the relevant integration or third-party account settings where supported. Revoking access may prevent some WorkForge features from functioning.
7. AI-Generated Outputs and User Responsibility
WorkForge may generate summaries, suggestions, drafts, action items, answers, classifications, or other outputs based on information you provide or authorize it to access (“Outputs”).
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate for your particular circumstances. They may omit important context or present information that requires verification.
You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or using them to make decisions.
In particular:
- Verify important facts, calculations, dates, names, and references.
- Review generated emails, messages, documents, and other content before sending or publishing them.
- Confirm meeting summaries and action items against the original discussion when accuracy matters.
- Independently assess recommendations that may affect financial, legal, operational, employment, safety, or other significant decisions.
- Ensure that any action taken using an Output is appropriate and authorized.
WorkForge is an assistance tool. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, it does not replace your professional judgment, review, or responsibility.
We do not guarantee that any Output is accurate, complete, unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from errors.
8. Actions Taken on Your Behalf
Certain WorkForge features may help prepare, initiate, or perform actions in connected applications, depending on the permissions you grant and the functionality available.
You remain responsible for authorizing and reviewing actions taken through your account.
Before enabling or relying on automated actions, you should understand their scope, permissions, and potential consequences. You must not use these features to perform actions you are not authorized to take.
WorkForge is designed so that actions which send, accept, book, or otherwise commit on your behalf are prepared for your review and completed only after you approve them. If you or your organization choose to set up standing permissions for specific, routine tasks, WorkForge will act only within the scope of those permissions, and you should review those permissions carefully. We cannot guarantee that every approved or permitted action will be completed, prevented, or reversed successfully, for example where a connected application is unavailable or behaves unexpectedly.
You are responsible for checking important changes made to connected applications and for addressing errors or unintended consequences, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Meetings and Communications
If you use meeting-related features, including ForgeMeet, you are responsible for ensuring that recording, transcription, summarization, or other processing of meeting information is permitted.
You must obtain any notices, permissions, or consents required by applicable law, organizational policy, or the circumstances of the meeting.
You must not use WorkForge to improperly collect, disclose, or process another person's confidential or personal information.
Meeting summaries, transcripts, notes, and action items may contain errors or omissions. You should review them before distributing them or relying on them as an official record.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, and other materials provided by ConForge, is owned by or licensed to ConForge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not use ConForge's name, logo, trademarks, or other brand assets without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
As between you and ConForge, and subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you retain your rights in Your Content. You may use Outputs made available to you, subject to these Terms, the rights of others, and any applicable legal restrictions.
We do not guarantee that an Output will be eligible for copyright protection or that it will not resemble content generated for other users or existing material.
11. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback about WorkForge, you grant ConForge permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you, provided that this does not grant us ownership of Your Content or override any confidentiality obligations that apply to the feedback.
You are not required to provide feedback.
12. Availability and Changes to the Service
We aim to make WorkForge useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access.
The Service may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, connectivity, third-party dependencies, security measures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features or parts of the Service. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect continued use.
We may also introduce usage limits, eligibility requirements, or additional conditions for particular features.
Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Fees and Payments
Some WorkForge features may be offered for free, while others may require payment or a subscription.
If a paid offering is made available, its price, billing terms, renewal conditions, cancellation process, and any additional conditions will be presented at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement.
You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes associated with your selected plan.
Unless the applicable offer or law provides otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Any cancellation, refund, or renewal rights required by law remain unaffected.
If WorkForge is provided to you through an employer or other organization, the commercial terms between that organization and ConForge may govern payment and access.
14. Privacy and Data Handling
Your use of WorkForge is also subject to the WorkForge Privacy Policy, also available at:
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit or make available through WorkForge may lawfully be processed for your intended use. If you use WorkForge on behalf of an organization, you are also responsible for following the organization's applicable data protection and information security requirements.
If you connect third-party services, those services may independently process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Security
You must not misuse WorkForge or attempt to compromise its security.
You agree to notify us promptly if you discover a suspected security vulnerability, unauthorized access, or other security issue involving the Service. Security-related reports may be sent to tech@conforgeai.com.
We may take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, and address security risks, including restricting access where necessary.
No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Nothing in these Terms limits any security or data protection obligations that apply to us under applicable law.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using WorkForge at any time. If account deletion or cancellation functionality is available, you may use it in accordance with the instructions provided.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You materially breach these Terms.
- Your use presents a security risk or creates legal exposure.
- We are required to do so by law or a competent authority.
- A third-party service or integration necessary for a feature becomes unavailable or prohibits the relevant use.
- We discontinue the Service or a material part of it.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address a remediable breach before terminating access.
Upon termination, your permission to use the affected Service ends. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions, will survive to the extent permitted by law.
Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorkForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
ConForge disclaims warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet every requirement, operate without interruption, be free from defects, or produce accurate or reliable Outputs in every circumstance.
We do not warrant the availability, performance, or reliability of third-party services.
Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConForge and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of ConForge arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid directly to ConForge for the Service during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury.
If you use WorkForge without paying a fee, the limitations in this section still apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConForge and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Service.
- Your material breach of these Terms.
- Your violation of another person's rights.
- Your submission of content or use of connected systems without the necessary rights or authorization.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from ConForge's own unlawful conduct, negligence where applicable, or breach of obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or transferred to you.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnified claim where practicable. We will not agree to a settlement that imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
20. Third-Party Rights and Services
The Service may contain links to, or work with, third-party products, websites, applications, or services.
Such third-party services are not controlled by ConForge. Their terms, privacy policies, pricing, availability, and practices apply independently.
A reference to a third-party service does not imply endorsement by ConForge. You are responsible for reviewing the relevant third-party terms before using those services.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws applicable to you require otherwise.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or WorkForge will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, United States, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in a court where applicable consumer protection law grants you that right.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to WorkForge, our practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, such as updating the date at the top of these Terms or displaying a notice within the Service.
The revised Terms will take effect on the stated effective date. Your continued use of WorkForge after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
23. General Provisions
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to specific features or paid offerings, constitute the agreement between you and ConForge regarding WorkForge, except where a separate written agreement expressly governs your use.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.
Force majeure. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
No agency. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship between you and ConForge.
